Swim or sink

Johnny Weissmuller, the first man to swim 100M in under a minute (July 9, 1922), Champion of 1924 and 1928 Olymics.

He won five olympic gold medals, one bronze medal, fifty-two US National Championships and set sixty-seven world records.

But he is also very well known for playing Tarzan in movies. Dozens of other actors have played Tarzan, but Weissmuller is by far the best known. His character's distinctive, ululating Tarzan yell is still often used in movies.
